Our cakes are 4-6 inches deep with various layers of cake and various layers of filling, covered only in white or dark chocolate ganache and finished in fondant. We choose to use only ganache under fondant as it makes the cake more stable and it gives the cake the smoothest finish and sharpest edges. White and dark chocolate ganache are yummier too and complement all our cake flavours. Usually, white cakes (vanilla and lemon) are covered in white chocolate ganache and dark cakes (chocolate and coffee & walnut) are covered in dark chocolate ganache.

We only use Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC) as it’s silkier and less sweet. We do however give the choice of SMBC or the traditional buttercream (butter+icing sugar) for cupcakes.

Some of these flavours can be made into cakes, cupcakes and cakepops.
